This is one of those cocktails, equivalent my Cranberry Thyme cocktail from Day 1, that you can copulate either martini communication or on the rocks like a fizz, cell, spritzer or some added you poorness to birdsong it. This cocktail gets it’s berry flavor from Chambord, a raspberry liqueur. I also added a bit of grenadine to make it really red. And since I love a berry/lemonade combo I thought I’d try some of my homemade Limoncello with this.
INGREDIENTS
- Club soda
- 1 shot vodka
- 1 shot Chambord
- ½ shot Lemoncello
- ¼ shot Grenedine
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine vodka, Chambord, Lemoncello, Grenedine and 1 shot of club soda in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into chilled martini glass.
