INGREDIENTS :
- 1 lb Fresh Okra
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Almond Meal
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Beef Tallow or other frying oil Enough for about 1/4 inch on the bottom of skillet
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Portion the okra into about 1/4 advance slices, removing stems
- Turn the tallow in a bulky forge trammels pan, or separate burdensome pan worthy for cooking on line towering alter.
